Bistro Groß Schwansee - Kalkhorst

Ich kann den Service vor einem Jahr nicht bewerten; entweder haben sie viel dazugelernt oder vielleicht haben sich auch die Gäste verändert. Jedenfalls wurden wir sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient. Das Essen (Buffet) war exzellent und von sehr guter Qualität, mit reichlich Auswahl auch für Vegetarier und Veganer. Service: Vor Ort essen, Mahlzeit: Abendessen.

Wir haben hier ausgezeichnet gegessen. Alles war sehr lecker und der Service war äußerst freundlich. Außerdem waren ein Hochstuhl und ein Wickeltisch vorhanden. Essen: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphäre: 5

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannend und ich habe ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen, gebratene Scholle mit Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat, war wirklich exquisit. Störend beim Essen waren jedoch die vielen lästigen Fliegen im Gastraum. Der grüne Tee hat leider zu lange gezogen, was besser dem Gast überlassen werden sollte. Der Service war äußerst freundlich. Barzahlungen sind möglich. Insgesamt ein schöner Raum und ein gutes kulinarisches Erlebnis.

An inconvenient service, which clearly showed us its dislike. Cyclists are probably unwanted there. Despite polite demand whether we wanted to serve, we were ignored. The word Gastronomy is completely out of place. Can only recommend a large bow to make this establishment. Bottom drawer.

After a nice stay at the minimare, we wanted to eat cakes with our children and drink coffee. Once I asked the waiter if there was free choice. Only after a short hesitation he nodded. Then he asked if we were hotel guests. When I agreed, he hesitated and then pointed to the free places. We sat and waited. It was barely operation and most had already to eat or drink. When the waiter didn't come, I wanted to go in to see what cakes there are. The waiter stood in the door frame and asked unfriendly “yes please??” when I asked him about the cake he pointed to a showcase. We sat down and waited. The children were slowly impatient because they were hungry. Then two ladies sat down to the neighboring table that were served shortly afterwards. The waiter ignored us and hadn't even taken the card until then. So we got up and left. My husband spoke to the staff after which a condition apologised and the waiter replied to him how arrogant we were. We are going to eat very often. But we never had such an underground respectless service!! We were neither greeted nor were we otherwise only BEACHTET. If you don't want guests from outside, you can draw attention to it. Then we would have wanted something different and not wait 25 minutes with hungry children in a moderately visited place to not be served.
