Food was excellent. Menu has a lot of choices. But the guy in the truck is the real gem. Super nice, patient, and really puts in the extra effort to make sure his customers have a good experience. Very happy to stumble across their.

SOOOOO soo good!! Always look forward to stopping by whoever the truck is at. Highly recommend the Classic burger and also the Chicken katsu sandwich. Thé gorgonzola on thé burger is DELICIOUS. The veggies are crisp and fresh. And the sauces are homemade, so so delicious. A MUST try

BEST BURGERS EVER! Never greasy and tastes amazing. Takuma himself is awesome. I follow him on instagram and make sure notifications are on whenever he posts about where he'll be parked for the day. So worth it!

This may be the best food truck in LA. Incredible quality and value. Would give Takuma 10 stars if I could. The okinamiyaki burrito is one of the most original meals I’ve had in LA and so delicious. The chicken sandwich comes with two massive cutlets that are perfectly fried and moist. I’ve also had the churros and they were incredible. Please keep coming back to Playa Vista!

Walked past Takuma's food truck and was immediately intrigued by the variety on the menu. I ordered the burger combo with the crab cake burger and waffle fries. The crab cake burger was delicious, very balanced with the amount of fresh veggies, plus a great tanginess from the Japanese sauce. The waffle fries with basil ketchup were an unexpectedly great compliment. Takuma was very friendly and ran a great operation with the food coming out quickly. 10/10 would recommend. Hopefully his truck pulls up around Santa Monica/Ocean Park more often!
