Contribute Feedback What Lisa Brown doesn't like about Subway:
Unprofessional and rude staff-they would have gotten no stars, but it wouldn't let me post without one. They would not honor a Subway coupon for a Free Cookie with ANY purchase. I purchased 3 Footlongs and they told me I needed to purchase a cookie to get a free cookie. It did not say BOGO Free, but the very rude staff said that it should say that. The staff had the audacity to say that I threatened them when I said... View all feedback.
I order my Oven Roasted Turkey footlong from this Subway location today. I picked this one because I was already going to the Vons across the street. The parking in the plaza where Subway is at is horrible so be aware. It's limited parking and Subway has 2 destinated parking spots but people park there anyway. This Subway location isn't that big so it's pretty small. I ordered my footlong through the app so I could use the coupon. This Subway location somehow ran out of lettuces so I had to customize my sandwich with no lettuce. I thought my sandwich was good the way I customize it. My recommendation here is to keep mobile order pickup behind the counter instead of next to the entrance to avoid someone else taking your food. Vegetarian options: This is a healthy place so there are a lot of options for vegetarian Parking: The plaza where this Subway is in has limited parking so be aware. You might be better off parking on the street or across the street in the Vons plaza. Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly but it is small inside. Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible, there a ramp.
I came here like I always I told the young lady working today I was using coupons she said they weren't working so I had to leave my sandwichs there I went to the subway down the street and they
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not visit this Subway location! I ordered a BOGO veggie patty footlong deal on Friday, January 12th and have been experiencing the worst food poisoning of my life since 530am Saturday, the 13th, morning. I sent an email on Sunday, January 14th, requesting a refund for making me so sick yet haven’t heard anything from them and it’s now Wednesday, the 17th! I called this location because the transaction has now posted to my bank account and the MOD said that ‘IF my supervisor is able to help, he MAY call you back.’ The MOD had no interest in helping me when this illness is going on five days, I’ve missed so much work, and people are telling me that this Subway location gave me salmonella. Usually a MOD is empathetic to a customer concern but this person had no interest in being kind to me and I’m going to have to continue reaching out myself to get some resolution. I asked when the supervisor is in and she wouldn’t give me any specified time frames. I asked how do I know that she will relay this information so that I can see some resolution and she said ‘like I said, I can tell my supervisor and let him see your receipt and he might call you.’ Do not trust this location! They don’t care about their customers health or giving appropriate and respectful customer service. Zero stars! Never going back to Subway after this.
Great customer service the two workers were amazing and very nice and
The guy at the counter was either missing a chromosome or has an extra chromosome the definition of can 't get right and had horrible customer service etiquette. General Manager get this liability out of your restaurant ASAP.
