Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies

I would normally give 5 stars for delicious Acai bowls and ease of ordering online but a few of the times I added on Veggies (Spinach and Kale) with my Strawnana Acai Bowl and they were in whole form. Not blended up with the Acai base like I would think it should be. Hoping there is improvement with this feedback.

They accidentally gave my order to another customer. Which is okay, it happens. But instead of making my order right after. They made maybe 2 or 3 orders before mine, so I have to wait 25 mins for one smoothie.

The 2 young men are doing a great job! I will be back!

Bought a smoothie here for the first time. It tasted alright but it could've been improved by actually blending the ingredients. I didn't notice until I had left that more than half of the smoothie was just unblended chunks of fruit and ice cubes. Before I finished it, I decided to take a picture as proof because it is quite unbelievable. For about $7 I definitely won't be back.

The manager, Elyse, is always there every week when I order my Queen of all Greens. Not only does she greet me with a smile every time, she remembers me and always makes sure I get my drink the way I like it! Her multi-tasking abilities and her customer service skills are on point! She is the reason I keep going back here, on top of the delicious drinks of course!
