Came in for a beef pho, was 8/10 quality. If you want to eat somewhere low key and eat some good pho, I would recommend this place. There is parking. My bowl of pho cost around 18$ View all feedback. What Kenni Lee doesn't like about Pho Cafe Plus:
To us: got pho and rice and it was bad as people described it to be. We went here because there was boba shop we wanted to try out. Big mistake. Won 't be coming here againTo others: it took 35 minute for noodle to arrive and the comments about the owners being rude is right on. The typical I 'll never need to apologize type.
