I got the matcha swirl (matcha and hojicha soft serve) and it tasted great. I feel like the portion could be bigger though. I didn’t realise getting it with the granola was extra the server should’ve told me. By the time she rang it up it was already being made…otherwise I would’ve gotten it without because it’s not worth the extra money lol. View all feedback.

I've never had matcha drinks before, so I can't say if it's authentic, but it tasted fishy? And kind of medicinal. I tried the matcha soft serve, matcha vanilla latte, and matcha hot cocoa. The soft serve was good. The other two were quite bitter and fishy. It didn't taste sweet like I thought it would. It was also pricey. I would only get the ice ream again. View all feedback.

There is no bathroom for paid customers—bluntly careless explanation of items by employees. Soft serve degraded over months for some reason. Maybe do not eat rose flavor there. Why do they ask for tip when paying? Does McDonald ask for tipping?
The restroom is not available for customers. So confused.
Tried the matcha swirl on a cone. It was okay. The swirl consists of matcha, and vanilla rose. The waffle cone was delicious, but the soft serve just didn't do it for me.
