What J L doesn't like about Mandarin King:
Food is decent for sure. But owner, family and staff really need to work on customer service. We went to pick up a to-go order. Staff was watching TV, instead of coming to the front to ask if we are dinning in or picking up. Staff resumed watching TV while asking what do you need?? Honestly the food could be better. The service was okay only because they got an unexpected 70 people show up that day even if the party said 50 people. The owners and servers were very personable and funny. They treated us like family. They joked around. We waited quite a long time for food but it was okay. The servers and owners made it worth it.
