I grew up with Jollibee way back when it was a local fastfood chain in the Philippines. If this is your first time dining here, here are some of my recommendations: Chickenjoy. This is their bread and butter Jolly Spaghetti. This is a traditional Filipino spaghetti upped to 11. It will taste a little bit sweet. But this is normal for Filipinos Burger steak. Don?t expect too much. Gravy sauce is good. Pineapple juice.... View all feedback.

Had to try the famous Jollibee! Stopped by for lunch and surprisingly the place was not too crowded. There is an option to order in line and order at the kiosk. Finally a Jolibee in downtown Los Angeles! Right across the street from Macy?s and Joey?s. A great spot and luckily they have a security guard too because it can get pretty sketchy around that sidewalk near the Train station stairs. Ordered the Chicken Joy 2 piece with Palabok. Excellent flavor as expected and the fried chicken was awesome. If you?ve eaten at a Jolibee before they all pretty much taste the same. This is the first Jolibee I?ve seen with asecond floor with more seating. It was closed today but it?s a pretty big spot. Parking is hard, so be aware and there is no drive thru.

Once the order was placed, it did not take long before we received our food. We ordered the spicy chickenjoy meal with mash potatoes and gravy and a side of spaghetti. The chicken had a nicecrunch, was juicy, and packed good heat. Would order that again. The spaghetti was not quite our jam. It is sweet. We knew going in but wanted to try anyway. There was also an upstairs dining area that was closed.

I ordered the 2 piece meal with a drink and asked for drums only. The cashier said okay and then did not honor my request. I would have preferred to have been told no so I could have ordered differently. I can?t stand thighs?yuck but guess what? I liked theirs!! The gravy was also most excellent and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes were good too and I received extra gravy without even having to ask. That, I appreciated a lot. Can?t have too much gravy. There was a lot ofrice so if you are concerned with the amount of food, they got your back with that plus you can use the extra gravy here since plain rice is kind of boring to me. If you want a diet drink, they don?t have it but I knew that going in bylooking at their menu online. I honestly thought it might be an error. I don?t think I have been to a fast food joint without a diet soda choice.
