Izakaya Sasaya Jū Jiǔ Wū Lè Lè Jiā

The staff at this restaurant had a terrible attitude! We wanted to have some drinks and food, but they only had a tablet for ordering. We placed multiple orders, each with a custom tip, but before we could even finish our meal, a staff member rudely told us to leave because they felt our tips were too low. We hadn't received our last two orders yet and still wanted to eat and drink more, but they took our food away and told us to leave. We were shocked that they expected a 15% tip on every order, especially when the service was lacking. We decided to pay a fair tip on our final order, but the staff member didn't even check if we were done eating or drinking. We have been to many restaurants in the area, but this one had the worst customer service. It's not right to demand tips on every order, especially when the service is subpar. We won't be returning to this place again.

This restaurant consistently serves some of the best and most authentic Japanese cuisine every time I order. The chicken karaage is particularly exceptional, as well as the delicious grilled skewer meat selection. The chicken katsu and rotating specials have also never failed to impress.
