What Roger Henz doesn't like about Henry's Tacos:
I use to like this place at its old corner location. This was this first time I've visited since it moved to here and it will be my last visit. I ordered 2 beef burritos and they are not anything like I remember them from the old location. They were very small in size considering the price they charged for them. A great place for a weekend lunch with your son or daughter
I had hard shell tacos they where good. The meet was very well seasoned.
No nonsense, two cute sisters run the front, and from the looks of it the pops bangs out the food on the BOH. Eat it at least once a week...
I have been going to Henry’s tacos since about 2005. I understand they’ve had their ups and downs but the tacos have always been the best. I went today and couldn’t have been more disappointed. The tacos had maybe a tablespoon of meat, a tablespoon of cheese, a little lettuce and a razor thin half slice of tomato….the rest was empty.. like 1/2 of a taco. Two of the tacos were completely in pieces. I don’t know if there are new owners or what… but it was horrible. I brought two friends who had never been there and talked it up the entire ride from Santa Clarita. What a joke. What a shame… they used to be so good.
Tacos are way overpriced and didn't have much flavor. The only part I liked was the cheese. Also they only take cash. My friend and I will never go back. We went to McDonald's right after cuz we weren't even full from all the money we spent at this place on their food.
