Bought $60 worth of entrees and they only gave us 1 small side of steamed white rice despite confirming the entrees came with white rice while ordering on the phone.

The food is so good and priced nice. Also very nice portions !

My husband and I were happy when we went to this place, because of the flavor of the food and the amount of food they used to serve in each dish but the most things were the way the waitress used to talk to us very friendly and polite, now for the las 4 times we been there eating, the waitress is bored and with mad actitud he don't ask us if everything is okay or if we need something else. We asked for extra napkins and he gave us 2 napkins with bad attitude. The Fry rice was dry and was not mixed completely the color was white and brown. I don't care the prices, we care is to be treated the same as others and be welcomed and have respect . The food it's not free so we expect good customes service. The lady is nice ? Absolutely delicious Chinese food. Love the salad and pepper fried shrimp, the bbq pork fried rice, and the pan fried chicken noodles. Excellent service and we always love coming here, when we have a craving for good food.

Terrible customer service!Ordered lunch special (requested lunch special twice when I called it in) and an order of wonton soup. Which online shows would 've cost about $21. They charged for full order and soup... upping our cost by a fairly small amount, about $6.00, but still! They did provide a full order, but that is not what I ordered or wanted; and I didn 't know until I opened the bag at the house! Called them to ask for the difference refunded because they made the mistake. They refused unless I brought the food back because they gave us a full order...really? Bring the food back??? I stated it was their mistake. Ultimately they would not refund the difference. I told her it was too bad because we ordered regularly but because of this, they now lost a loyal customer that was ordering about once every 10 days or so. And...side note...this happened once before from them but I let that one go as an honest mistake. Now it seems like it might not be 'honest ' mistakes...sadly!!!
