When I was picking up my order from 1760 Chatsworth, Granada hills location I noticed an employee was picking his nose while preparing a pizza. On top of all that I was double charged on my credit card. Claudia, store manager refused to credit me . She said we're going to lose money View all feedback.
Very poor customer service. I called to check on the status of my order, and the person who answered was rude and hung up abruptly. Didn’t CA recently raise minimum wage here to $20? What did that do for the business? Sure, it benefits the employees, but it’s ultimately the customer who pays. Please be more respectful to your customers.
Great customer service but the place was way to hot... needs a better AC, especially with this weather.

They double charged my card and didn't refund it. Gave them another shot a month later and whole order disappeared but my card got charged. Check your account after ordering
Worst service ever.Save yourself and order somewhere else
