Burger Lounge Northridge

My first visit was lovely. Fresh food. Had the Red Velvet Shake to go. It was wonderful!

Jedric and Ashley were absolutely fantastic, and super accommodating and offered to easily change my crispy chicken sandwich once I discovered it had milk, because I'm lactose intolerant. Even though they already made the food Jedric very kindly refunded me.While ordering, Ashley made me feel welcomed, part of the burger lounge family, and did great recommending things on the menu which motivated me to try the chicken tenders. Having workers with personality is super important.Precisely because of the great customer service, I will definitely be back.There is a great atmosphere created by the staff that work here, and the food was phenomenal. The food was incredibly tasty. Hats off ? to the cook and the overall experience and people that run this place. Very clean.

I stumbled into this while strolling by. The grilled onions and wheat baguette of this burger were quite delicious. Excellent and recently harvested. The onion rings were mediocre, but the fries were excellent. The service was excellent.

I just tried the milkshake. It was not really good.
