The only 1 draw back is you will be negotiating with yourself how many times per week you can come back! The NICEST man woman run this spot, they are more than happy to help you with the menu if you are not familiar with the food yet. I used to think my kids loved going to the library, then when the library closed for covid I thought they loved going to Office Depot. Nope. Turns out they will find ANY excuse to go do an errand near the boureka truck! This truck makes Encino a better place. They sell out so don't wait too late in the day or you will be sad. There is no place nearby that will satisfy you if you miss the bureka truck. You will just feel sad the rest of the day then you will be there early the next day! This is literally one of those places that warms your heart, makes your whole day better:

There are always people enjoying their meals and socializing around this food truck, so I had a feeling it would be great. The sabich sandwich I tried was exceptionally fresh and delicious, bursting with flavor, creamy, and simply wonderful. I can't wait to sample more items from their menu!

Everything on the menu is delicious and homemade, all at reasonable prices. I'm absolutely hooked! You have to try the spinach and cheese borekas!
