If I could give this place 8 stars, I would. The pizzas are expensive, and you have to order days in advance, but they're the BEST pizzas I've ever had. Every flavor is unique and awesome, don't be apprehensive about trying things you wouldn't normally get on a pizza. And Brandon is just an awesome guy, super friendly and easy to coordinate with, and if you arrive exactly when your pizza is scheduled, it'll be perfec... View all feedback.
What Donna Z doesn't like about Brandoni Pepperoni:
Gimmicky- I fell for the gimmick of feeling like I was in the know . It was all right, nothing phenomenal as all the reviews would suggest. And frankly for the price, not to mention no choice at checkout but to tip, not worth the effort or money. Pizza was pretty to look at, all right to eat, small for price you pay. The Wings were also average. Stingy on sauce. View all feedback.
This a genuine mom&pop operation earning its reputation one pie at a time...with Brandon himself running pizzas out to cars. You know a pizza is great when you can 't stop eating until you 've polished off the whole thing (and yes, I was sober). This stands up to the best pies I 've had in L.A. The Colors pizza I got tasted authentically Italian, with a flawless balance of flavors and textures. I was expecting something new and gimmicky, but this is serious pizza!
10/10 for creativity, flavor and aesthetic. We got the Colors and the Regulate pizzas. Both were delicious and had a perfect balance of savory, sweet and spicy flavors. So easy to order, got very specific instructions for pick up and the pizza was right on time. Will be returning soon since there were no leftovers.
Absolutely excellent! You will never be satisfied with any other pizza again after you get a taste of the delicious creativity served from Brandoni Pepperoni! I was beyond excited to discover this neighborhood gem. It's owned and operated solely by Brandon himself, and his culinary craft as well as palate are definitive and unique. Also, he's a really nice guy! Not only are his pizzas delectable, but they are beautiful too. His ingredients are fresh, innovative, and very tasty. That crust tho!!!!Had the Roasted Fennel Sausage Pizza! So good!
I debated between giving Brandoni four or five stars. They obviously use quality, fresh ingredients and turn it into delicious food. Every bite of the mushroom za was like an umami bomb going off in your mouth. The deluxe meat option wasn't quite as flavor intense but still tasted great. We also tried the new hot wings, which were also quite solid. However, at $70 (including tax and tip) for two medium-ish pizzas and six hot wings, it's not going to be your Sunday NFL pizza choice. Budget accordingly. It's a four-star standout that doesn't quite live up to the five-star prices.
