Best burgers I’ve had in a very long time. So so good! In fact, everything they have here is very good. You can go wrong with anything they serve. I love to support local small businesses. You have to try this place, you won’t be disappointed. Just wish the owner knew what customer service was. View all feedback.
What denkorea doesn't like about Big Time Burgers:
I read all the reviews and decided to give this place a shot. I like to try new places when they have 4 5 star ratings. This place is pretty small, seats facing which was super weird Price is ok Pros: surprisingly tasty burger fast service Cons: burger patty is super thin (McD alike) portion if fries is small they charge for ranch sauce extra .50 they give you literally ONE napkin. When I asked for some extra napkins... View all feedback.
Imagine it’s Saturday. It’s your day off; you’re strolling into Elysian Park, coolers filled with the makings in hand, friends in tow. Joe (the career cook) gives life to the coals and in mere minutes not only are you cross faded, but in between your fingers is a succulent, dripping burger. This is the experience Big Time Burgers lends to the patron daring to imagine. Beware.
Yes this is definitely delicious! Enjoy my expensive meal. Well worth it. Too bad it's far away.
Food doesn't taste the same like it used to ,portions of fries was a joke considering how much the combo was and the service not so great.will never come back
Terrible service, I sat in this place and watched them talk to customers who don't speak English, I was shocked by what I saw.
Food was not bad. We got a pastrami burger and the fried zucchini things. The burger was just ok and the bun was dry. The zucchini with ranch was really good though. Pricing kinda expensive for the quality. Service was pretty awful, the guy at the counter was rude. Didn’t admit to the fact that he got our order wrong when I asked nicely for it to be fixed. He laughed and snapped at me about “changing my order.”
