Visited this location with family, had a very bad experience over all, the person serving the ice cream was very rude and not friendly at all! We had 5 kids with us and they wanted to try different flavors but she said no more samples after their second sample! Really! We had 5 kids waiting to try the ice cream and choose what they want. No receipt was given for purchase and we wanted to validate our parking ticket, she just tossed the validation ticket and walked away to get to the next customer! Very disappointed with their service!! Not recommending this location to anyone!!!

Came here to get parking validation and got 2 scoops. Not a big fan of tons of mix-ins in my ice cream so I got the strawberry cheesecake. The ice cream was not icey the strawberry was fruity and the graham cracker crumbs and cream cheese added a richness to the ice cream. Very good ice cream but very pricey (what else would you expect from a store in a major tourist destination). Nice to eat while walking around the area.

One of the workers was rather rude . I was quite polite and asking questions. Didn’t need a rude smirk and judgemental glances because I was asking about cup sizes.

Very Rude/Nasty counter person. The receipt says Serena. The place is staffed by teenagers. Never Again at this location.

They never disappoint with B&j ice cream! Phenomenal taste and texture the creamy delicacy that is Ben and Jerry’s for you. Great little location on Hollywood blvd
