You absolutely have to try the bacon-wrapped dates; they are amazing. The salmon salad was incredibly fresh as well. The staff is well-trained and there seems to be an appropriate number of them. One small note: the potato Irish stew comes out extremely hot because it's served in a cup-like dish, so it takes about 10 minutes to cool down enough to enjoy. It's fantastic, but you'll need to wait a bit. I can't wait to come back for lunch and breakfast!

Food has alwa... read more We are locals and love split rock! I'm a bit of a food critic and have not yet been disappointed by the food after having dined in a couple times. Food has always been perfectly cooked and well plated. The portions are also satisfying, and you won't leave hungry. We no longer have to go wait in line at Echo lake Cafe and can come here. Grateful bread has good food but also lengthy service (in our experience). Pocketstone is an okay option but a solid 4th place behind Echo and Split Rock (close tie for first id say), and Grateful bread.

You could r... read more I stopped by for lunch to give this place a try, and it was fantastic! The staff had great energy—very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! You could really tell that a lot of care went into the dishes, and the ingredients were top-notch. I will definitely be returning!
