Above to be there to eat Russian traditional food called pilgrims. especially the one that Chorni byk(black bull), was perfect.i loved it. Best pelmeni in town. Lamb manty are also worth trying. A bit expensive but overall nice place to have a meal especially if you are fond of pelmeni.

A great service, a pleasant atmosphere, a pelmen for any even exquisite taste. There are also local meat and fish meals. Great desserts. And nice and delicious local liquors for high alcohol. I often visit this place when I'm in Kaliningrad. You can go there alone or with a big band. Enjoy.
