Okay Kalgoorlie gal here and I currently living in London and holidaying in Spain as I type this. Cava's tapas beats the taste and presentation of Madrid and Barcelona's tapas. Trust me - I've eaten a lot haha Well done Cava View all feedback.
I would have expected the kitchen to stock up on all menu items knowing that a public holiday was approaching. Additionally, when we tried to order a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, we were informed that they were also out of that. The restaurant was not overly busy and the food came out quickly, but the drinks service was slow and we had to continuously try to get the attention of the waitstaff. Even after ordering drinks, we had to remind them to bring them to us. After our meals were cleared, we had to ask for a dessert menu and more drinks. However, 20 minutes later, we had to ask another waitress about our orders, only to be told that there was a problem with the printer and our orders were never received by the kitchen or the bar. For a $400 meal and drinks, I expected a more consistent level of service. We may give the restaurant another try in the future, but will wait to see if there are any improvements in the service. Overall, it was not a terrible experience, but it could have been better.

10 of us jad dinner here on 23/3/17. Loved the interior, loved the customer service from the wait staff. Food was delicious. Lovely place will definately visit again. Thanks to the chef last night pumped out alot of pork belly orders last night and they all came out perfect great job. Worth the drive from Mandurah.
Enjoyed the food, it was simple, light and delicious. Service excellent and relaxing atmosphere. New menu has a mix of vegetarian and meat dishes. Partner said the pork was cooked beautifully, and I loved the carrot with olive dish. Will come back
A wine bar come tapas restaurant- simple and elegant. They had just launched a new menu and we chose the Chefs Choice platter at $49 a head which had a wide choice of food. Small taster portions, an entree platter of olives, fried cheese, apple coleslaw, eggplant, followed by another platter of scrumptious macaroni cheese, meats (50g pp serve) - just the right servings! The wines were Spanish and the alcohol level was slightly less at 11-12%A great experience
