This is your normal McDonalds but its location on the edge of Canberra makes it perfectly placed for travelers coming into or leaving Canberra. It has a small play area to keep the children occupied and a party room that you can use when parties are not occurring. My sister and i came to your restaurant a couple of weeks ago to get some egg mcmuffin's only to be told to go into waiting bay as they are cooking up some fresh eggs. after waiting for about 15 minutes we received our mcmuffins only to notice that the eggs were BLACK! disgusted we obviously didn't eat meals and returned back to our hotel room and rang the mcdonalds, they were very sorry about the situation and offer... The food was delicious. I gave it 4 stars because they forgot my drink, but other than that, it was fine.
We were saved from the expensive and unappetizing $9 hotdogs at Summernats thanks to this restaurant. The customer service, especially from the man with glasses, was fantastic. We were also grateful for being allowed to charge our phones here since we were sleeping in a stable. Bread was also available.
We went to this restaurant for breakfast and were greeted by the most friendly manager. She even brought our order to our table. The children and I really enjoyed the tasty food, quick service, and clean environment. This was the best McDonald's experience we've had in a while.
This McDonald's is in a great location just off the highway. It has all the standard features of a McDonald's anywhere. There is plenty of parking, the inside and outside of the store were very clean and the staff were very nice and quick preparing my order. My coffee and hash browns were very hot and fresh this morning. Lovely! I've had mixed experiences here but it's nice when you have good ones like today.
Consistency is the thing I like McDonalds. You know that no matter where you are the meal will taste the way you expect. The level of service and the restaurant will be familiar.
