Many eating Across the Bridge noodles, but we settled for old favourites - beef tendon Sichuan, garlic and vinegar cucumber, sour potato noodles, etc. Service is enthusiastic, if a bit sporadic.

The food is very authentic but noticed that their potted rice is not cooked through.However, the 'cute' chopstick holders are never washed, these are kept on th... read more The food is very authentic but noticed that their potted rice is not cooked through.However, the 'cute' chopstick holders are never washed, these are kept on the table and reused. Unfortunately some people return their used chopsticks to the holders during or after their meal where contagious diseases can easily be carried over. The water glasses are not well cleaned either, used marks around the edge is still visible. Hope the restaurant take note of these reviews.
