I was really excited to see vegan mayo and sriracha on the menu, which gave me hope for a good vegan experience. However, when I arrived, I found that some vegan options had been removed from the advertised menu. They did offer me a vegan version of the Thai red curry (without chicken), which was decent. The person who answered the phone while I was trying to place a takeaway order was incredibly rude. It was almost comical, like they were having a bad day after working in a mine for 400 consecutive days.
I was really excited to see vegan mayo and sriracha on the menu, which gave me hope for a good vegan experience. However, when I arrived, I found that some vegan options had been removed from the advertised menu. They did offer me a vegan version of the Thai red curry (without chicken), which was decent. I also enjoyed a beer that I was particularly happy with—it was excellent. Thankfully, I specified that I wanted the vegan mayo as it was listed on the menu, since it wasn't automatically included. Given the limited options in Kalbarri, it might be worth trying another place instead.
We were staying at Kalbarri Palm and wanted to dine here since it was very close. Although it indicated that it was open online, it appeared to be closed when we arrived, so we had to find another place to eat.
