Bean drifting - KALBARRI

You would not expect such good coffee at a parking next to the beach! It's worth a detour if you're heading north! Looking forward to our next flat white tomorrow. Really friendly staff too.

If I could recommend one dining experience in Kalbarri, this would be the quintessential Kalbarri experience. Get up early, don your beanie etc, and head out to the carpark overlooking the beach before Red Bluff, pull up a deck chair and shoot the breeze with the locals while watching the waves roll in. Have a really good surfie breakfast like an egg and bacon toastie and the best cup of coffee to be had in this town in a magic spot.

Located at Jacques Beach, it is so nice to sit down with a coffee in hand (or walk the dog with coffee in hand) an watch the surf, swell and marine life. The owners are so friendly and provide some seating as well.I love watching the dolphins jump the waves...soon it will be the whales and I'll be back out there again!!! When you spend as much time on the road as we do and you enjoy a good coffee you sort of keep track of the GOOD ones if you get my drift,Bean Drifting is one of the best, in chatting with the owners i found they knew the owners of another (very distant) favourite of mine being Coffee Cat in Esperance.Not surprising that they know of each other because both deliver the same friendly, great tasting coffee from a beach front venue.
