Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Kalamazoo

This review focuses solely on the customer service aspect. It was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie, and I was not greeted upon entering, even though the staff were busy at work. I felt a bit lost about where to stand or place my order, as someone walked past me towards the front. I didn't think too much of it initially since the employees were preoccupied, but I was surprised that they weren't more welcoming. The young lady preparing the food was a great representative of the company, though. I paid extra for the sweet potato chips because they looked so appealing, but unfortunately, they never made it back into the bag with my order. I'm open to giving this place another chance, but I recommend double-checking your order before leaving. The food itself was good!

Delicious food! It's best to place your order early for pickup, as their preparation can take some time. If you choose to order in-store, be ready for a wait. I definitely recommend this place!

I really enjoy Tropical Smoothie; their drinks are delicious! The prices are a bit on the higher side, but I believe they’re worth it!

Service is usually quite fast. I’ve never had to wait when I order online for pickup.

This location is racist and well only greet the white customers. I wouldn't recommend going if you value service and not to mention the flies everywhere
