the best I've had for ever since! we didn't have to wait long for service, and our order came out quickly. the staff was very friendly and friendly. it was obvious that the careful had been taken to make the food tasty (instead of just sitting together quickly). keep it on taco bell and we will run a little more for the limit! What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The food is decent if you're okay with not modifying your order. However, if you're not a fan of sour cream, be prepared for it because they’re unlikely to accommodate changes. If you want to substitute an ingredient, good luck—every time I've eaten there, they've never gotten my order correct. View all feedback.

This is the closest Taco Bell to us, but it's easily the worst in Kalamazoo. You can wait upwards of 45 minutes in line, even if there's only a small queue. The setup of the drive-through forces you to stay in line once you've entered—I've seen people get MAD over being trapped in the queue even though they wanted to leave minutes ago. The staff is frequently rude and there's always a mistake in our order, but it's almost understandable given that the restaurant is woefully understaffed.Avoid this restaurant at all costs unless you're in dire need of some Taco Bell and you're unable to go to one of the others in town. They really need new management and better benefits to keep employees committed.
That was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We had to wait an hour just to get our food. There were workers just standing around doing nothing. I thought maybe our food would at least be fresh. Nope. My chalupa was hard and then they also forgot our desert. I have now read a lot of the reviews for this Taco Bell and it seems everyone has had a bad experience there. They clearly need to do something to fix the issues or close the place down. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to my dog.
This location is almost 100% of the time not open when they’re supposed to be. they close by the time you arrive to pick up your order; or they “close” the store on doordash before you receive the food you ordered. all-around a poorly managed location; with staff that is getting paid too little to care about your order. this location is the poster child for why minimum wage workers deserve more.
I pulled in and waited approximately 10 minutes to get to the order screen, just to be told they weren’t taking credit cards, they were only taking cash. I don’t carry cash so I was stuck waiting another 15 minutes for all of the cars in front of me to make it through the line. Due to the configuration of the curb, there’s no getting out of line once you’re in. Someone should’ve had the courtesy to make a sign at the beginning of the entrance explaining only cash would be accepted. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this place has earned it, and today was the last straw. Between extremely slow/rude staff I’ve encountered at this location in the past, and today’s encounter, whoever runs this location should be embarrassed. However, based on all of the poor reviews, and the fact that nothing ever improves, it appears that ownership/management doesn’t care.
