This place has a full 180 of the past!! Every time I come here, the food is fresh and well prepared. Service is polite and fast. Simply the best experience I had with a KFC in SW Michigan. Hats off to yall View all feedback.

Colonal Sanders is rolling in his grave. Chicken was definitely a lot smaller than I remember. Employees has no communication skills towards other employees. Cashier failed to tell me and other customers that there is a 30 minute wait on chicken that is because the other employees failed to tell him. Customer service is very poor. Chicken and service is very poor. And to top that off the prices are outrageous!! When did chicken get this expensive? Certainly do not get what you pay for.
