Look no futher....Elysium delivers all that and more. While I visit during the year, I make it a special day every year whenever it is restaurant week, to try out the new dishes their chefs have whipped up. This review is 2 fold. 1 normal dining 2 wine dinnerI'll start with 2Do not do their wine dinners. Period. For $250 without wine you may get the amount of food equivalent to 1/2 an entree. My experience was that 80% of the courses were less than a 5/10. A couple good ones sprinkled in though. Most absurd price I've paid anywhere for a wine dinner. The restaurant offers excellent service and a rotating menu of high-quality fine dining options, craft beers, ciders, and mixed drinks. The salmon dish was exceptional, and the pumpkin cheesecake with rum raisin sauce was a standout. Parking is available in a lot across the street if the restaurant's lot is full, and the staff was helpful in directing us there.
The fantastic chef at Elysium Restaurant always keeps diners intrigued with his innovative creations. Tonight, I enjoyed a dish of chicken and Italian sausage wrapped in chicken skin, perfectly seasoned and served on a bed of ditalini pasta with a light Italian sauce. Topped with Parmigiana, it was a delightful combination of flavors. I will definitely be returning for more!
This restaurant offers the best in fresh, eclectic, and delicious cuisine. They also have a good selection of wines. You won't be let down.
I had a fantastic evening tonight. The food was excellent, with everything being fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it.
