The customer service here is unbelievable. The young ladies who served me were nothing but kind, patient and helpful. They had excellent recommendations and when asked, made me an excellent drink she orders herself. My first time at a Dunkin and it was an excellent one. Excellent prices too. I was unable to enter to use the restroom as I arrived on a motorcycle, so it would be helpful if they offered this option. It is recommended to visit a motorcycle-friendly establishment in the future. I apologize, I attempted to open the door twice but there was no sign or explanation provided.
I have only ever had delivery or have driven here mostly. I am a regular customer and order about 1-2 times per month or more. The consistent issue I have encountered is with the online ordering, specifically with the donuts. The donuts I order are either completely missing or they are different from what I ordered. While this can be frustrating, I have found that the drinks, hot sandwiches, and other side dishes are always correct. This has even happened when ordering at the drive-thru, so now I make sure to check my order before leaving. Despite the donut issue, the quality of the food is always good and I enjoy coming here to order in person on Sundays for breakfast in the park. The staff is always friendly and I appreciate their efforts. One time when our donuts were missing, the employee gave us an extra donut as an apology, which I thought was great customer service. Overall, despite the occasional mix-up with the donuts, I still enjoy coming to this place for the good food and friendly service.
I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. The manager is a total control freak who lacks any sense of customer service or appreciation for the customer at all. The company policy restricts customers to only two shots of espresso per drink, so I had to order two separate drinks because I prefer my drinks with four shots of espresso. Even Dunkin' Donuts allows for more customization than this place.
Very respectless manager was just sworn and said they would call the police on me because I told them that they did not give me my drink last week when I stopped. She told me it's just an orange juice I said right on an orange juice. Why should I play one that she told me I should have called last weeks, I asked what the others are to call them who tell them. Anyway, I was just hoping they would do it right that I wasn't there to fight, just wanted them to do it right. I think I look like someone who lies and tries to get free to eat and drive my beautiful truck who plays my Christian music with my son at my side.
Ordered 6 donuts and a couple of coffees delivered. Received the coffees and a note saying they're out of donuts. $35 for two coffees delivered after fees and tax. How does a donut shop not have any donuts?
