Not too busy when we first got there, but it was very busy when we were gone. My grandson really liked his cup of ice mixed with all kinds of treats he added to it! Great service. very friendly staff. I'll have to go.

Seriously... If you didn't try this place... You have to! The ice here is phenomenal. Get your ice cream and let them chop your choice of treats into it. Soooo delicious!

I visited on Friday evening (10/8) and had an excellent experience! The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and kept joking around, which created a really lively atmosphere. I ordered a birthday cake remix and later placed an online order. When I returned to pick up my online order, a dipped waffle cone was missing. However, when I brought it up, the staff apologized and handled it professionally, showing great respect! I also appreciate the diversity among the staff—something I don’t often see in many places. I will definitely be coming back; it’s a fantastic store!

I don’t often believe that every business warrants a full 5-star rating, but this one certainly does. It was a busy Saturday night, with what felt like the entire town coming in for ice cream. Despite the crowd, the team of three servers managed the situation exceptionally well. They were quick, friendly, and incredibly polite. Their patience shone through, especially considering how many people tend to treat customers like an inconvenience. I always try to acknowledge those who take the time to create a positive experience, and these servers definitely deserve recognition for their outstanding service.
