When we arrived, the restaurant wasn't too busy, but it had filled up quite a bit by the time we left. My grandson really enjoyed his cup of ice cream, which he customized with a variety of toppings! I'd avoid ordering online for delivery or pick up with this location. The attention to detail of the employees is poor. Three times in a row an additional mix in has been missed and once they forgot to include a waffle bowl. In the grand scheme of things, not a major deal, but it is annoying when you pay extra for something and don't get it. View all feedback.

The staff was fantastic, but I was really disappointed that the blue ice was just "cotton." I didn't even taste it because it doesn't resemble blue moon at all. Blue moon is a classic Midwest treat, and to create a blue ice and give it a different name feels like sacrilege here in Michigan.
Absolutely! If you haven't been to this place yet, you really should check it out! The ice cream here is incredible. You can choose your favorite flavor and have them mix in all sorts of delicious toppings. It's so tasty!
After waiting in line for 20 minutes only one couple got served. Several online orders got filled in the present customers were not being paid attention to. No manager present and it only looks like two teenage guys working behind the counter. Instead of just making the ice cream they were busy doing tricks and we're super slow. When we left there was still 12 people ahead of us. Several other groups left as well.
