This was my third time there and every time the service was great and the food was delicious! My son Alan works there and he's an excellent server. It pays attention to its tables and other server tables, so customers do not excite. Of course, he was everywhere he worked. I received some rewards program points that can be redeemed for a free appetizer or dessert, which was a nice gesture. I would have preferred a refund, but I find this to be a reasonable alternative. I have updated my review to reflect my overall experience, now giving the restaurant three stars instead of one. Update:They gave us some rewards program points that would equal a free side or dessert. Would have preferred some of my money back, but this is reasonable. I updated my rating to reflect my overall experiences (now three stars versus one star).Original:Ordered to-go and when I got home there were no fries in one of my boneless wing bundles and some of the wings didn't have sauce on them. Tried to call back to report the issue and no one is picking up the phone. It just keeps ringing. Will improve my rating if they make this right.

Not coming back. Dirty, staff does what they want, bartender wasn’t inside like 25 minutes and gone AGAIN……. Some staff seem to be good most seem to have been at a party of some kind and carrying kids around. Complete mad house. Food wasn’t bad tho!

My boyfriend and I eat here frequently. At least 3 times a month. My food is usually ready by the time it says it will be but the food is not consistent. The amount of sauce on wings typically differ from every order. Sometimes they are very very dry and sometimes they are as saucy as can be
