Arby's - Kalamazoo

The team that works just before closing time is truly amazing! They always keep things clean and tidy. I have a lot of respect for them. It's definitely a fast food place that's worth visiting on the west side.

I had a really frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I had to repeat my order four times, and each time the cashier got it wrong. When I went to pay at the window, she told me my card was rejected. I explained that everything was fine on my end, but she tried it again and admitted she was doing something incorrectly. After a few minutes, we finally got our order, but when we asked if everything was in the bag, she assured us it was. However, when we left, we only had half of our order. To make matters worse, our total was nearly double what we usually pay at other Arby’s locations, so I suspect we were overcharged because the cashier seemed very confused about her job. The worst part was that it was late at night, the doors were locked, and there were six cars in line at the drive-thru. We waited another 20 minutes just to get what we had paid for, and the treatment we received from that confused cashier was far from acceptable. Save yourself the trouble and find another Arby’s.

The service was quick and friendly. My food was fresh and served hot. As for parking, there are plenty of spaces available.

The staff at this place is absolutely wonderful! the woman who took our order welcomed not only me, but both my children individually. we fed in at lunch and our food came quickly and fresh. the restaurant was clean. I really don't have one complaint.

Just like to say that that I am very disappointed in arby's latest promotion the fish-and-chips They advertise fish fillets on TV and then give you mentioned up fish which tasted horrible will never buy it again I know I'm gonna get good reviews for R b's but they definitely drop the ball on this one Shame on R b's for the bait and switch
