What Antwan Franecki doesn't like about Arby's:
Every time I order something I get the wrong thing sent to me or missing items. I like arby's food, but I'm sick and tired or getting the wrong stuff. I ordered a classic prime rib cheesesteak and got this instead... (pic below) I literally had 4 items total in my order and only 1 sandwich. I will not be giving any further business to this location and will recommend that my friends and family also avoid it. View all feedback.
There was a high red-brown hair I esteem district leaders talking with an employee in the dining area, which is very loud and obnoxious I don't know whether he reprimanding or instruction, but either I didn't think this conversation should have been where we all except that this store is usually excellent to go to go
This is a medium fry? Somehow I don't think I got my money's worth
The food was great however the restaurant lobby was dirty. The cashier was cleaning as much as he could but I had to clean my own table and saw others doing the same.
The food was whatever but they legit gave me a soda that tasted like it had been sitting out for 2 days in direct sunlight. Would have preferred it if they just hadn't given me the drink.
Pull up to the drive thru. No one would talk to us for 10 minutes. So, I pull up to the window to try to order. He said he would not take my order and to pull around to the back of the line. Which was now huge from me being stuck at the speaker. What are you thinking?
