Arby's - Kalamazoo

I noticed on September 18th that I was charged five times for a single transaction. I'm really glad I checked my account. It’s quite concerning that they’re borrowing thousands of customers' money before anyone notices.

It met all my expectations for what an Arby's should be. The food was hot, and the service was friendly. I have no complaints—it was a good experience.

I had the worst experience at this Arby's. First, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our fries, and they weren't even hot when they arrived. My sandwich was disappointing—the bun tasted stale, the meat was soggy, and the Swiss cheese looked terrible. The bacon was also not good. Overall, this was the worst service I have ever encountered at an Arby's.

If I could rate it with 0. I had nothing but terrible service from this place. I ask for a simple order 4 classic rb and 2 big pommes. I waited 10 minutes in the car ride thru just to order, then they decided to me my 2 big pommes and my eating was cold up when. there was a long line so I went to drive thru and cried 10 times until I finally got answer she then wait 10 minutes to get only 1 fry out.

I was yelled at by a man in drive threw while asking for something I get regularly there from this particular Arby 's. I get loaded curly fries... They said they didn 't carry them that they never did and that 's obviously a lie considering I get them there all the time and was given no kindness or consideration and I was yelled at and was given ignorance and attitude towards me and when I asked for a manager he said with ignorance I AM so.. I went inside to ask for the owner and wasn 't given his information even when I asked for it politely over and over again. Seems like this sort of treatment towards customers and the less off human beings are a common problem and concern in this state and something needs to change for better.
