Medeiros Farms - Kalaheo

The meat here looks fantastic, and the service is exceptional! We purchased ribeyes, T-bones, and pork chops, and they were all incredible! I highly recommend this place!

Medeiros Farms has been a staple in Kalāheo for as long as I can remember, and I always buy my meat from them. Their meats are incredibly fresh, as are their eggs, as well as the na‘au and tripe. Thank you, Medeiros family!

We tried the chorizo (the best and most authentic I’ve ever had), pork sausages (incredibly juicy and well-seasoned), and char siu (perfectly captures the flavor, so tender and delicious). We really wish we could have taken some home with us. This place is a must-visit if you're planning to barbecue while on the island!

Our family likes to cook and eat well and the meat we purchased here was top shelf! We wanted to purchase from local shops and farms instead of the larger chains and boy did we find a great one. The quality of the meat was amazing! We purchased a few pounds of ground beef (costs less than on the mainland) some flank stakes, a tri-tip end, some Italian sausage and eggs. Everything was delicious! The selection was limited but we were able to find cuts that we were looking for. Definitely worth a look see though!

I've been spoiled be great grass fed beef at home Illinois. I was delighted to find local beef here on Kauai and could not believe the fabulous prices! Better steak than you'll get in any supermarket. Ribeye for the price of sirloin, great flavor, never frozen. Go for ribeye or filet for the most tender, delicious steak-slap it on the grill and fall in love!
