Mussel Rock Cafe - Kaitaia

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent and the facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed a delicious mocha with my fish and chips. The portion size was small but satisfying, and the tartare sauce was particularly delicious. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be returning in the future.

Although it may appear a bit rough at first glance, don't let that deter you. The bar staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, providing quick service. They have two dart boards for those who enjoy playing, as well as large X O's for a game. I ordered the snapper and chips, which was absolutely divine. The portion sizes for wine were excellent as well. If you're looking for a snack, they offer snapper strips and delicious chips. Overall, the portion sizes provide great value for money.

Went for our team end of year celebration. Got the most amazing platters savoury, seafood, cheeseboard, sweets. Definitely recommend them!

Awesome set up and friendly staff!...orderd ceasar salad which was tastey but very small for the price paid.....but definitely check it out.
