It is a lovely quaint German privately-owned hotel at which th... read more My husband Mike and I stayed at this delightful hotel last month for 4 wonderful days and nights. It is a lovely quaint German privately-owned hotel at which the owners (Marianne Thines-Blatt and Karl Heinz Blatt) warmly greet their guests. They and their staff are very friendly and speak both German and English. Mornings are welcomed with a delicious home-cooked breakfast buffet (included in the price) on the outdoor patio overlooking a beautiful view of Kaiserslautern or inside the dining room. The large guest rooms offer the same view and are very clean and spacious. The beds are soooo comfortable and we found our stay to be, in the words of my husband, a little bit of heaven. Parking is free and the bus to Kaiserslautern stops on the opposite street. Very convenient for traveling. We hope you have an opportunity to experience a delightful and restful stay here.
