What SK Saharuk doesn't like about Pearl Orchid (a Unit Of Pramod):
The hotel is not good at all. Check in at 11 pm. There is no hot water . bathroom lock not working ,If you ask for wifi password, you will give it the next day. The power socket in the room was not working. After telling 5 times, they gave mosquito killer liquid. For the staff of this hotel, 11 pm means midnight. Nice restaurant, food was very testy and need some improvement of staff behaviour . Finally I went after 2 years, still the food is very tasty and the staff behavior is also very good. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Luxury View all feedback.
