All around the area, there is no major food outlet. Also searching for veg food is a hard job in alleppey. We were on the way back from pathiramanal island by 11 AM and no outlet had food ready to serve food. Also, when we ask for veg food, the answer was a big NO. We found MAS food shop on the way. They were happy to serve us. It is a small tiffin shop. They gave amazing ghee roast dosai with good sambar and Chutney. They also gave good parotta (3 pieces) with sambar, chutney and a potato Masala since veg curry was not available at that time. It was really nice. Then we had a cup of tea. All together it costs just Rs80! Thats unbelievable for the yaaru food served to us. Overall it's a good try. They also accept phonepe QR code digital payment.
