I ord... read more The reviews here are accurate and critical for good reason. While I once left a positive review for a KFC in Seattle, this location is entirely different. I ordered a 12-piece bucket that included 6 drumsticks, 3 probable thighs, and 3 strange, unrecognizable pieces that were poorly cooked and battered. The taste and look didn’t resemble KFC at all. I’m genuinely surprised this place is still operating. I won’t be returning to this franchise or KFC anytime soon.

Took a good 7minutes for her to come to the drive-thru window just to stand there and prep our order. No one but us in line, you could tell shes overworked, underpaid andhates her job! The smell coming out of the window was disgusting. We tried to cheer her up and make small talk. thanked hermultiple times and couldnt get a smile or a simple your welcome or have a nice day. Customer service Terrible!

This location near our home in Kailua, Hawaii has been the only KFC that has been consistently poor. (Not sure how they are able to stay open as a KFC . I would have given onestar but I gave two for fast (however not friendly service. The chicken pot pies we ordered were not normal KFC pot pies. Theylooked like the standard pot pie from the outside but when we broke open the crust, it was full of dry chicken, mashed potatoes(huh? and a few veggies (counted 5 pieces thrown in. NO SAUCE at all; just just a dry mass of chicken mixed with mashedpotatoes. if we wanted mashed potatoes we would?ve ordered the famous bowl. The normal KFC pot pie has leftover chicken (makessense to use that! and lots of veggies in a savory chicken sauce. These were nothing like that. We won?t be returning to thislocation due to too many problems in the past. Not sure what?s going on with the management there. Their fried chicken alwaystastes stale like it?s cooked in old oil. We?ve tried it several times hoping it will get better but it never does. That?s whywe opted for the pot pies this time. Can?t screw them up right? Wrong! The pot pies weren?t any better than the chicken. Such ashame. We have never experienced problems like these at other KFCs. Wish corporate would come out and retrain the team.
