This is the best sushi I've ever had, surpassing anywhere I've tried globally, including Japan and throughout the west coast and Europe. It was a fantastic culinary experience. I highly recommend it!
Dustin and Malia are wonderful hosts and talented chefs. The food is outstanding. I'm not typically a fan of grandmothers' cooking, but they've completely changed my perspective. It was an 11/10 experience!
Here's my dilemma… we genuinely want this place to succeed, but that would make it harder to snag one of the coveted seats in this charming hidden gem. Dinner is served by reservation only and follows a Grandmakase style. Menu prices start at $80 per person and include a delightful mix of nigiri sushi and various other bites, all artistically prepared right in front of you by Chef Taka. The menu changes frequently, as they only use high-quality ingredients. Every dish is packed with delicious umami flavors, without any overly complex embellishments. The whole experience is fun, intimate, and absolutely delightful. Plus, it's BYOB!
Chef Taka was very entertaining and takes care of the preparation of his dishes. All dishes were unique and tasty we would recommend this culinary experience to others!
Amazing food. The chefs are very friendly and converse with you as they prep and serve each dish. Fantastic experience
