I ordered a shaved sandwich that was only half-prepared. Despite being roasted twice, it arrived stone cold with unmelted cheese. Mayo was carelessly added to my sandwich, and the staff simply scraped it off with their fingers and moved on. To top it off, the coworker serving us had a grumpy demeanor. View all feedback.
I have become a fan of this Subway location. As a child, I frequently enjoyed Subway with my family, but I stopped going for several years. A few weeks ago, while rushing to work and in need of a quick meal, I decided to stop by this Subway since a nearby restaurant was closed. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm service, delicious sandwich, and the overall value I received. For around $10, I got a ham sandwich generously piled with cheese and veggies, along with mustard and mayo on fresh bread. Initially, I was impressed by the price, but after tasting it, I realized just how great the value was. The sandwich was fantastic! I felt satisfied without the heavy, bloated feeling I often experience after dining out. I returned today and ordered through their app, which was a brilliant move. My sandwich was ready and waiting for me when I arrived.

It has become a common issue for them; they don't even start my online order until I show up to pick it up. I was told “Oh, sorry, I forgot” multiple times, and even then, they took their sweet time to prepare my order. One employee was literally playing video games on his phone instead of making my food. Having managed restaurants myself, I can attest that there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of service. The service here is absolutely terrible, and once I get my money back, I will not return. I used to come here at least once a week with no problems, but whoever is running the place lately has ruined it. They clearly don't care because all the reviews here reflect the same sentiment. I rarely leave restaurant reviews, but this place has frustrated me to no end. They treat their customers as if we are a nuisance.
I arrived at this restaurant at 7:50 PM only to find it closed. The staff member was still there, but everything was already packed up. He didn't acknowledge my presence and continued with his tasks. While Google Maps states the closing time is 9 PM, the sign outside indicates it's actually 8:30 PM. In any case, it seems they don't mind closing early. I really wish I had checked the reviews before coming here! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
