Early April 2022: While in a nearby Liquor shop, one of their customers recommended this place to us when we bought Mai Tai Mix to have home with our dinner. So next night, this was our mission. We were with some locals who knew the secret, no pay parking and went a short distance to the resort for Happy Hour. Great place, especially for happy hour. Amazing views and really good food and drink at reasonable prices. I enjoyed the music selection and the views. The staff is great, especially Eric Kahili, the bartenders. Very professional and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend.
The pasta and all the desserts were fantastic. The fried fish was good; I believe it was snapper. However, the cocktail could have used more liqueur and less juice. I'm a lightweight and currently sober.
What an amazing place to watch the sunset! I love all the open air seating. They have a fantastic happy hour. And there are so many different flights to choose from if you’re not sure what drink to choose. My bestie and I split the Mai Tai flight so we could try a little of each, and it was superb. For dinner, I had the shredded pork street tacos, and they were ahhh-mazing! Not just a tiny bit amazing, but like, makes you want to lick the bottom of your plate when you’re done amazing. And it had a bit of heat to it too, and anyone that knows me, knows I like spicy, so it was right up my alley. And our server (sorry I didn’t get his name), was top notch too. All in all, great place, great food, great drinks, what more can you really ask for? Just go! You won’t regret it.
Geez I love this place, breakfast or after dinner/sunset. The food is really good, adult beverages are excellent and the price is right. Not to mention that view.
In early April 2022, while visiting a nearby liquor store, a customer recommended this restaurant to us as we were purchasing Mai Tai mix to enjoy at home with dinner. The following night, we made it our mission to check it out. We were accompanied by some locals who knew the secret: there was no paid parking available, so we made a short walk to the resort for Happy Hour. I ordered the Classic Mai Tai, which was my third while on the island, as I was on a quest to find the best version between Hawaii and Honolulu. It was quite good, but when I noticed the menu offered a Mai Tai flight, our group decided to give that a try. Just thinking about that flight makes my mouth water! Coming from Arizona, we also tried the May Rita, which was equally enjoyable. It was tough to pick a favorite among the four drinks. Overall, the service and atmosphere were wonderful, and I definitely plan to return.
