Iine Ramen - Kahului

We have special spicy rams. The broth was rich and fat. The spices weren't too exaggerated, but definitely caught with you. It was a great potion, definitely enough to split between two moderately hungry people. Overall, the food was satisfied if you were looking for delicious dishes!

This was my first time with Ramen on Maui. Matt the cook was very helpful in selecting my first bowl, you can say that he really loves his job. It was delicious! This guy runs alone, gives great customer service and makes a great bowl of Ramen -YUM! As a cook myself I can say that the guy deserves an increase

Iine Ramen is a step above of the other ramen shops around the island and I am so happy I finally got to check out this food truck next to Costco and will definitely be back. After going over the menu I decided to get the Special Original Ramen which was served in a paper bowl. The broth was a rich, pork broth that didn’t look watered down and had a great flavor and also maintained its temperature as I ate it. The char siu was cooked to be tender and had a flavor that stood out in contrast to the pork broth but compliment each other. The noodles were thick ramen noodles that were firm but soft to the bite. The bean sprouts and onions they use were fresh and gave that crunch one sometimes looks for. They maintained their crispness throughout the meal. The tamago was cooked to where the yolk was slightly runny but mixed nicely with the broth. Eating here brought back wonderful memories from when I traveled in Japan a couple of years ago. I look forward to visiting again when I need my ramen fix. The staff were friendly and the wait for my ramen wasn’t long.
