We came to iHOP a day after Christmas, we were basically in out but our food was good, we had to remind our waitress about our side of fries! Our bill was aroun... read more We came to iHOP a day after Christmas, we were basically in out but our food was good, we had to remind our waitress about our side of fries! Our bill was around $87 our waitress was the same lady who did our bill! We remember her face usually we don’t look at our receipts after but on my Husband’s bank statement it shows that iHOP took out $101.13 when it was only supposed to be $87 something! iHOP was our favorite place to eat too! Don’t get me wrong the food there is always a hit but the service this time around was not it at all! To the waitress, we forgive you but we just hope it doesn’t happen to others!

Once seated, waited over 20 minutes to order, never got drinks, and watched people seated after us leave before we had food or drink. Never actually saw ourserver and the manager that tried to help us was equally lost.
