Not a warm welcome, Receptionist made us wait although we had this reservation, she mentioned there’s a long wait, after asking how long was the wait, with nobo... read more Not a warm welcome, Receptionist made us wait although we had this reservation, she mentioned there’s a long wait, after asking how long was the wait, with nobody else at the reception, I mentioned again our reservations, she then seemed to realize that we were not walk-ins, we then realized that we were neglected. The rest was positive , The service with Sarah was great and very professional. Food was very good as well. Nice ambience.
