Gyu Do! - Kagoshima

This is the place for Satsuma Wagyu (Kagoshima Black Beef) in BBQ. They serve the Wagyu in different parts with different textures. There are parts with rich sweet meaty flavours and parts with fatty tenderness which melt in your mouth in seconds. Services are superb. Highly recommended.

One of the best wagyu I’ve eaten in Japan. They offer multiple platters of different wagyu cuts and even platters with cow innards. Price wise it’s on the higher end and quiet expensive but if you want to try really really good wagyu or come on a special occasion it’s definitely worth it!

Ordered one of the set meals ~7600Y which featured 6 different cuts of kagoshima wagyu beef, cheese platter ~1500Y and garlic fried rice ~990Y The variety of beef on offer was excellent, with a range from more steak-like to melt-in-your-mouth. Ambience was decent, with more western restaurant-like feel and serving staff were attentive. The beef is worth paying for.

Came here with a group of nine. Service was extremely fast and to a high standard, and the staff were very attentive. The meat we were served was probably the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful food, the meat selection was amazing and the taste was exceptional. The team were so polite and provided excellent service. Really lovely space to enjoy a birthday celebration with friends.
