Impressive place! The interiors are beautiful, high ceilings, furniture in industrial style, very tasteful design and cozy atmosphere. The chocolate is delicious, Belgian style! Very friendly and professional staff and first-class service! The standards are so high that I felt I wasn't in Egypt. Thanks Chocolate Factory Team! I definitely come back when I'm in Alexandria!
The service was absolutely perfect I admire the place decoration and the story of chocolate was absolutely great Prices are high but overall good quality and hospitality.
Deserts are perfect. Food needs some improvement. Need to add more items to the menu. Service is fast and the crew is helpful
Such a lovely place, It is so calm and not crowded at all. Also the drinks quality are so good The desserts there are awesome Highly recommended for studying, working or small groups
