Good service, bad food. Frise: I recently went to this bar that I had heard good things about. But I was disappointed to find that the french fries were made from commercial frozen fries. I could tell right away that they were not homemade because they were not as crispy or flavorful as I would have expected. They were also a bit too salty. Popcorn chicken: I understand that using frozen commercial product can be a way to save money, but I think it's important for restaurants to be transparent about their ingredients. If I had known that the chicken popcorn was made from frozen product, I probably wouldn't have ordered it.

Cheese balls suddenly appeared to be a plate of fries with 4 fried balls mainly made of pasta with tiny amount of cheese. It's 100% sh.t. Hummus was a plate of pickled vegetables without hummus and they even forced us to pay full price for that. There's absolutely no reason to visit this place because you'll be cheated.

I visited Bira Fabrikası for a mid-day beer after lunch. Their service personnel was kind. Also because it was mid-day there were only 1 or 2 tables other than me. Their prices are normal when compared with other places in this area.

It takes so much time to wait order, even if it’s just only one bottle of beer. They don’t pay attention to customers, just standing and talking to each other. I’m frustrated. But taco is good.

Such a nice atmosphere!!! It gets busy but it's never suffocating and you don't have to yell to hear whoever you're there with. Also the food is SO GOOD. Order the chicken burger it's the best chicken burger I've ever had. The butter chicken tacos are also very good. Beer is pretty average but definitely 5 stars for atmosphere, food, and service (the staff are super friendly).
